The pier was a small exhibition held in West Cork looking at the nets, bouys and objects left on a fishing pier in West Cork. Objects are trapped and tangled in nets, leaving them abandoned and neglected. Small fishing villages around the country are usually in remote areas and have an eerie isolated feel when the trawlers are at sea. This exhibition was a collection of prints and paintings.
